Goose Creek Mayor Greg Habib (center) proclaimed April as "Second Chance Month" in Goose Creek at a recent ceremony at city hall. Joining Habib was A Second Chance Resource Center Network United Inc. Executive Director Patsy Gardner (left) and Prison Fellowship volunteer and Goose Creek NAACP Member John Matthews (right). Habib stressed the importance of Prison Fellowship, which helps citizens with criminal records turn their lives around and reach their full potential.
